Bulk Billing for Patients under current care plans and associated team care arrangements. Private Patients $60.00 for all review and general session types with initial consultations $90.00.
Group Education under Care Plan and associated Team Care Arrangement Fully Bulk billed and Private Patients $40 per 1 hour session. Wound management and staff education and support as per individual quote.
NDSS registration, updates and checks are just part of the service!!
ABOUT US
Brisbane North Diabetes
Nursing history of over 22 years, in areas including Metro, Regional and Rural Remote Health Care. Proudly, I have held various positions including Residential Site Manager, Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Manager, Infection Control Co-ordinator, Clinical Educator, Quality & Education Manager to name a few.
I completed Master’s in Clinical Nursing – Chronic Disease Management in 2018 and Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management in 2023.
I am an experienced Nurse Educator & Clinical Facilitator and welcome requests via “Contact Us” page to train staff in diabetes care, diabetic wound care, and care planning and management.
Proven ability to resolve problematic and delayed wound healing of complex diabetes ulcers and welcome requests via “Contact Us” page for all enquiries.
